All I ever wanna do is sleep and fight and eat and cry all at the same time. #awkward.

Each syllable represents the six practices. Generosity, Ethics, Patience, Perseverance, Concentration, and Wisdom.

Not only is it a beautiful concept it also is the most relaxing chant/prayer to mediate to.
